A Study On Fire Safety Management Of Wenzhou Public Hospital

Most of the public general hospitals integrate outpatient service,hospitalization,clinic,teaching,and experiment,and the high-level trend of hospital inpatient buildings and out-patient buildings is intensified.The internal structure is complex,the number of people is large,and the flow rate is large.If a fire breaks out,fire fighting and evacuation of personnel will become very difficult.In particular,there have been hospital fire accidents in recent years,which test the level of hospital fire safety management.As a medical service center in Wenzhou,the medical center of the south of Zhejiang Province and the north of Zhejiang Province,relying on the Medical College of Wenzhou Medical University,its medical level has a significant impact in the south of Zhejiang.If a fire occurs,it will not only seriously affect people's life and property safety,but also cause adverse social effects.And it has its special geographical features in fire management.This article will conduct in-depth investigation and analysis of the fire safety management of six public general hospitals in Wenzhou area to find out the current problems and weak links in the management of public general hospitals in Wenzhou area,and on this basis for further Explore methods and measures for improving fire safety management capabilities in public hospitals in Wenzhou.This article is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,including the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status and research methods.The second chapter is the current situation of fire safety management in public hospitals in Wenzhou.It describes the characteristics and important role of public comprehensive hospitals in Wenzhou area,and through field visits and investigations,from the organization of fire organizations,fire management system,personnel training and drills.The status quo,the configuration and maintenance of fire-fighting facilities,and the current status of fire safety management are summarized.The third chapter analyzes the existing problems and causes of fire safety management in public hospitals in Wenzhou.It points out that the hospital has many problems,such as light fire protection,many hidden fire hazards,unsatisfactory fire-fighting facilities in hospitals,irrelevance of fire drills,and poor hospital fire management.The analysis also shows that hospital workers have weak fire protection awareness,lack of proper guidance and supervision by competent authorities,shortage of fire control management personnel,inadequate supporting laws and regulations,and lack of innovation in hospital fire management methods.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures for fire safety management in public hospitals in Wenzhou,which are analyzed from the perspective of both the government and the hospital.The government attaches importance to fire guidance,strengthens fire training and education,raises the hospital's awareness of fire prevention,strengthens supervision,strengthens personnel training,and improves supporting laws and regulations.The hospital shall innovate hospital fire management methods: improve the application of OA system in fire management;incorporate the urban fire automatic alarm network system to achieve "intelligent firefighting";improve the fire control "domestic registration" management platform.The final conclusion.This research has great reference value for perfecting the fire safety management system of public general hospitals in Wenzhou City,constructing a fire-safety “firewall” for hospitals,and improving fire management capabilities.
