Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Job Satisfaction Of College Students Village Official In Suining

College-graduate village official has become an important human resource in twenty-first Century,is an important force to enhance the ruling ability construction of grassroots organizations.They play an important role in the development of grass-roots social affairs,one of the important factors that influence the role of college-graduate village official is the job satisfaction.Since the last century since 90 s,China has gone through the initial development of college-graduate village official and the heyday of several stages,with time and the living environment of the college-graduate village official changing,college-graduate village official job satisfaction also changed,and the influence of college-graduate village official job satisfaction to the quality of work,affect the views of the masses of the college-graduate village official the group,also affect the evaluation of the image of the grass-roots government cadres and social groups,in this context,it is important to establish clear from the personnel system and improve the understanding of the college-graduate village official,to further improve college-graduate village official job satisfaction.According to the project arrangements,I closely combined with the actual work,selects college-graduate village official in Suining City as respondents,I give a comparative study between Suining City and the other areas.Which proves the importance and necessity of the research on the job satisfaction of college student village official in Suining.I study some factors to study,such as social environment,personal basic information(age,gender,education level,job challenge,treatment)and so on.By analyzing,I get the current situation on job satisfaction of college-graduate village official in Suining City and analysis the impacts of job satisfaction.The last part of the thesis,according to the reasons,I put forward some feasible measures to solve those questions,which include the idea of improving the job satisfaction of college graduate Village officials,the coping strategies of College Students' village officials and the coping strategies of the political and industrial departments in three aspects.
