The Problems And Countermeasures Based On The General Selection Of S Village H Town

China is a country with a large population.Almost half of them live in the rural area,resulting in that the problems of the rural and farmers in our country are very important.It effects on China's economy,social development and the legal system.It can be said that the rural governance is the fundamental guarantee for the stability of the country,and the rural stability will bring prosperity and tranquility.In recent years,since the "People's Republic of China Village Committee Organization Law"(hereinafter referred to as the "Village Committee Organization Law")was promulgated,the village committee election becomes more and more important in the villager autonomy system.People directly exercise their civil rights mainly relying on the village committee election.However,when the masses directly exercise their democratic rights,the control of the general work of the villagers committee has been weakened by the committees and the government.In addition,there are many problems in the passed selection because of the clan,low quality,bribery and so on.In this paper,on the basis of the villagers' committee election problems in S village H town in Liaoning province twelfth villager commission election,using the survey and investigation,it focused on the analysis of general election problems in this town and other villages.Combined with the rest villages of H,summarize the reasons for the problem occurred.In the end,focusing on the problems of twelfth villagers' committee election of S village H town,put forward opinions and suggestions.This paper holds the opinion that in the village committee election process,the efforts paid by the township party committee and government is indispensable,and a village Party branch full of force should be the power point.
