Research On The Predicament And Countermeaures Of The Standardization Of The Grass-roots Public Security Law Enforcement In Nanchong

Although in recent years,from the overall perspective,Nanchong city law enforcement procedure is standard,police law enforcement quality is gradually improved,the level of law enforcement of public security organs have gradually increased,the law enforcement environment continues to improve,the masses of the grass-roots public security law enforcement identity has gradually increased.However,still have to objectively examine in the complex social environment,affected by subjective and objective factors,Nanchong grassroots police still exist,the general level of law enforcement law enforcement means,simple and rigid enforcement of existing problems,the phenomenon of torture law enforcement procedures have not been standardized,the grass-roots public security organs of law enforcement is not standardized within a certain range,the degree still exists in some places,public relations,to a certain extent is not harmonious,must be further improved,the promotion of social justice.This article takes the discussion,finds out the problem and solves the clue of the problem,and divides into six parts altogether.The first part introduces the purpose and significance of the topic,the current research situation at home and abroad and the innovation point of this paper.The second part is the related concept of law enforcement standardization and related theories,is the basis and prerequisite for discussion,this part combines the provisions of China's relevant laws and regulations,comparing the foreign related theory,discusses the concept and the expansion of law enforcement standardization characteristics,as below.The third part focuses on the analysis of the necessity of standardizing the law enforcement of public security at the grass-roots level.The fourth part is the predicament of Nanchong city grass-roots public security law enforcement standardization status quo,and the causes,mainly about the Nanchong basic law enforcement standardization background and recent achievements;then analyzes the difficulties and causes of the Nanchong basic law enforcement norms to solve the problem,is the difficulty of this article,combined with the case of Nanchong,from the survey data.Deep understanding of Nanchong's grassroots construction of law enforcement standardization barriers.The fifth part analyzes the excellent management experience at home and abroad,and quotes for reference.The sixth part is to put forward the Countermeasures of standardizing the grass-roots public security law enforcement in Nanchong.This is the key point of this article.It puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on the above problems and difficulties,and discusses how to promote the standardization of public security law enforcement.The research on the standardization of Nanchong's grass-roots public security law enforcement has great theoretical and practical significance to the reform and improvement of the management system of public security organs in Nanchong.
