Legal Regulation Research On The Fictitious Electronic Transaction

After several years of rapid development of information technology,"Internet plus" economic model from the retail expansion to catering,transportation and tourism accommodation industry,e-commerce has become to promote the development of national economy the dazzling highlight of online shopping has become a large part of economic life.Therefore,studying the behavior of fictitious electronic transaction and regulating the behavior of brushing are of positive significance for purifying e-commerce environment,promoting the deep development of the industry,and promoting the integrity of the whole country’s integrity system.This paper consists of three parts,the introduction,the text and conclusion.And the content of the text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is an overview of the behavior of electronic brushes.This part mainly starts with the concept,characteristics and legal definition of the electronic brush,and makes a basic introduction to the behavior of the electronic brush.The second chapter,the necessity of electronic brush regulation and the status of legal regulation.This part analyzes the harm of brush line to individuals,industries and countries,and makes a brief summary of the current situation of China’s legal regulation of scrubbing behavior.The third chapter is about the problems existing in the legal regulation of the behavior of the electronic brush.This part is mainly from three aspects,such as the application of anti unfair competition law,the jurisdiction of law enforcement,the definition of criminal law and so on,and analyzes the problems in the legal regulation of the behavior of electronic brush.The fourth chapter,suggestions on improving the legal regulation of electronic scalping in China.This part is mainly from three aspects of legislation,law enforcement,judicature and abiding by law to put forward suggestions for improving the legal regulation of the behavior of electronic scalping.
