Research On The Government Supervision Of New Media In Pulandian District

The rapid popularization of various new media applications has changed the way ofinformation dissemination,and showed great communication power and influence.Pulandian district as the youngest district of Dalian,the application of new media in the active,but in the process of development,gradually exposed the chaos,false information,privacy disclosure and other defects,the government supervision of the new media is becoming more and more obvious.This article wants to take these problems as a breakthrough,to study the government supervision of the new media,so as to promote the sound of the new media government supervision theory in Pulandian district and promote the healthy development of the new media.This paper mainly uses the statistical materials and work survey data of Pulandian district government departments,combined with other related materials,through the use of social investigation,literature analysis,social investigation,case analysis and other research methods,based on the summary of the current situation and effectiveness of the new media supervision in Pulandian district,this paper points out the practical problems existing in the new media supervision by Pulandian district government,analyzes the defects and causes of the supervision,points out the influence and causes of these deficiencies,and uses the public management knowledge to evaluate them,and puts forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions.Through the study found that the Pulandian district government departments to the new media supervision of the existence of supervision departments vacancy,lack of position,supervision lag,the relevant departments lack of guidance and so on.This paper applies the theory of public management,gives the policy recommendations from three levels: one is to strengthen the system security,to provide a reliable legal,financial,talent team and other aspects of the new media supervision;Second,strengthen the supervision of the new media,and integrate the regulatory resources of the parties;Third,through the establishment of new media health guidance mechanism and improve the construction of new government media platform to create a good new media environment.This paper focuses on the development of new media in Pulandian district in Dalian,through exploring the disadvantages of restricting the development of new media,exploring the direction and strategy of governmentsupervision of new media,providing some reference for government decision – making,it's good for the new media to play the role of the times better.
