Study On The Function Of City Community Cultivating Based On The Concept Of Shared Development

With the progress of urbanization in China,social forms have undergone constant profound changes as well as urban scale,population structure,cultural atmosphere,spiritual pursuit and so on.What happens with these changes is that the Socialist Core Value System,Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture and Favorable Familial Moral Trait and so on,which belong to the social education content,are widely concerned by all levels of society and all kinds of people.It is generally noticed that it is a social problem that the current social education is less efficiency that cannot meet the needs of the current economic society's development,and it is urgent to seek ways to improve the effectiveness of social education,becomes an important proposition in the field of ideological and political education.The new community is one of the most important achievements in the process of urbanization in city.The large number of new communities and high percent of new resident in side represent the part of city's urbanization achievement,and various contradictions and problems burst out in new community.New community's cultivating function is an organic part of the social educational function of the city,as a result,if new community's cultivating function could be allowed full play,it will not only strengthen the level of the community governance and improve the quality of its services,but also can accelerate the modernization process of the city as a whole.Furthermore,it can meet the needs of the whole societies' education.The concept of shared development,as the latest theoretical achievement of the modernization of our country,provides a theoretical guarantee for the solution to the problem of urban community cultivation.The author upholding the principle of "problem consciousness",problems existing in the new community cultivating function were found out through the investigation,the reason of the problems are found through the author analyzing the problems existing in the new community cultivating function with the professional knowledge such as ideological and political education,management,psychology and others.By combining the concept of shared development with the new community cultivation,this paper come up with the principles and approaches to improve the functions of the new communities under the guidance of the shared development concept.This paper aims to furtherly enhance the connotation and the guidance and practice of the concept of shared development,and enrich the study of the urban community cultivating function.This paper selected L Community,Xinhua Sub district,Wanbailin District,D Community,Xiayuan Sub district,Wanbailin District,X Community,Dongshe Sub district,Wanbailin District as the research area,and randomly selected 20 community residents as the research objects,by using literature research method and comparative analysis method,studied on the new city community cultivating function.First of all,this paper summarizes the research background,purpose and significance,the domestic and foreign related research,research design of three parts.In order to make the theory more convincing with theory,the new city community,community cultivating subject,traditional community cultivating system,family education system,floors education system and the new type community cultivating system,the core concepts are defined.At the same time,it also analyzes the theoretical basis of the thesis,including the concept of shared development and the theory of community cultivation.Secondly,the author of the paper carries out field investigation and individual interviews on the status quo of the three new communities,L community,X community,Z community,in Wanbailin District,Taiyuan,analyzed the status quo of the three new community from the aspects of education system integrity,openness,interactivity,and the aspects of the main body's participation consciousness,participation mode,participation content and participation effectiveness.Thirdly,it summarizes the three communities' education work in the effectiveness of the proposed,and puts forward the problems of three new communities' cultivation.In view of the above problems,this paper,guided by the concept of shared development and combined with the practical work and theoretical analysis of community cultivation,make a corresponding analysis and discussion of these problems.Finally,the author puts forward the principles on how to use the concept of development to guide the city community cultivating function realization and the ways and Countermeasures on how to improve the new city community cultivating function effectiveness under the guidance of the concept of sharing,such as to realize the ideological change of the education subject,to perfect community culture method,to perfect the community enlightenment mechanism,to innovative community education carrier,to building community education team and so on.
