Research On The Rational Use Of The Works By Dyslexic People In China

The formal entry into force of the ?Marrakesh Treaty? on September 30,2016 provides further convenience to Dyslexia in obtaining published works.There is a big gap between the requirements of the ?Marrakesh Treaty? and The ?Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China??the ?Information network transmission right protection ordinance?.In order to protect the rights of Dyslexia in our country,our copyright legislation should keep pace with the ?Marrakesh Treaty?and expand the scope of "beneficiaries" and "Barrier-free format version";and expand the type of work that applies to copyright restrictions and exceptions;In addition,due to the production of accessible format version to circumvent technical measures should be reasonable to relax the conditions,We should not only improve the systemically the relevant provisions on the rational use of works by people with print disabilities,but should also implement the measures in real life so as to truly facilitate the use of works by people with print disabilities.The government should pay more attention to the rational use of works and increase financial input for those with disabilities.Besides,the public interest organizations in the community should also pay more attention to dyslexic people and help them as much as possible.The whole society is working together to ensure that people with dyslexia can use more works to read more conveniently,so as to meet their spiritual and cultural needs.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly summarizes the reasonable use of works by Dyslexia,including the definition of the scope of Dyslexia and the necessity of regulating the rational use of the works by the people with dyslexia.The second chapter mainly elaborates the current situation and existing problems of the reasonable use of the works by the Chinese Dyslexia.Mainly through the data obtained from the questionnaire survey to analyze the status of our country's Dyslexia on the rational use of works and the reality and system problems.Chapter III is mainly concerned with the protection provisions of the international conventions on the fair use of works by persons with print disabilities,and focuses on the relevant provisions of the ?Marrakesh Treaty? on this issue.Thefourth chapter is about foreign countries' protection of Dyslexia on the rational use of their works,including the description of the situation in developed and developing countries and the enlightenment brought to our country.In the last chapter,we give suggestions on how to improve the fair use of works of Chinese people with print disabilities according to the problems mentioned above,including the practical aspects of legislation and what can be done in real life.
