Prison labor score assessment refers to the prison and the police,according to the provisions of the "Prison Law" and other laws and regulations,in accordance with certain procedures and standards of performance evaluation on labor reform in prison in the criminal activities.It has a direct impact on the criminals in the prison,and is the important basis for the prison to bring the people's court commutation and parole criminals,and plays a decisive role in the prison management system.The Ministry of justice on 2016 issued the new "Regulations" criminals scoring assessment,the assessment of criminal content is divided into two parts of education reform and labor reform,take the "base + score points score-percentile points" scoring model,give the scoring on the transformation of criminals in prison in the prison law enforcement police,when criminals scoring different requirements,give rewards and punishment respectively.The prison labor appraisal as criminals scoring assessment an important part of the work,because of the prison economy is closely related to subject to the economic situation in various regions,how to design the assessment standards and procedures in the system,in order to ensure the realization of labor reform objective,has important legal significance for the effective operation of our province prison labor reform the.At present,according to the actual situation in our province,at the end of 2016 introduced and tried out the "scoring assessment of criminal work rules",but for various reasons,the new assessment rules in the province during the trial period,a lot of controversy.Based on this situation,this paper is based on the current development of our province "new rules" for criminals scoring assessment work,combined with the author's own work practice,analyze the main problems of the reform through labor inspection,from the prison labor appraisal system to develop,implement,and other labor reform system and the supervision etc.perspective on the perfection of "criminals scoring assessment work rules" labor transforming part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,in order to improve our province labor reform criminal appraisal system.
