The Research On Ideological And Political Education In College From The Perspective Of General Education

General education is a fine piece in the history of the development of education.Its originates free education thought,aims at training a universal genius who possess extensive knowledge,strong independent thinking ability,a broad vision and social responsibility.Since general education thought was introduced in the 90 decade of past century,which had caused education wide concern.General education is different from ideological and political education in the education level and the detailed operating methods.But,promoting thought and behavior in a certain sense,neither of the two can be identical.These all belong to the education of "to be a man",for the aim of training qualified personnel.Form the view of general education scans the ideological work in colleges,which can offer references for improving its work.The project follows the method of combining the theory with actual.Firstly,the project expounds the concept and connotation of general education and ideological and political education,delves into the characteristic in between,and discusses the difference.The project also introduces that general education gives active and promotional effect to ideological and political education.Secondly,the project introduces the basic idea that how to strengthen and improve the condition of ideological and political education in college,totality evaluates the condition of ideological and political education in college,analyses the main problems of the idea,content and method of the education in the ideological and political education in college,discusses the necessity of strengthen and improve the condition of the ideological and political education in college by using thought of general education and following some important principles,concludes main enlightenments.Lastly,the project explores the realization way of widening of the ideological and political education in college by using the thought of general education.Educational concepts should be renewed,and the aim of"student-centered" should be erected.The contents of the education are being perfected.At the same time,a series of flexible and diversified methods are adopted in the education,the forms of ideological and political education are more flexible.The education channels are being widened.The ideological and political education is infiltrated into classroom,scientific research and practical activity,so that the pattern of ideological and political education is inaugurated.
