A Research On Overall Budget Management For Z College

Overall budget management is a critical part of the daily management of the university. To improve the university overall budget management level, the paper object Z university for the study, analysis of Z University of overall budget management problems,analyze the reasons put forward countermeasures, with a view to further explore the general rules of university overall budget management, improving its overall competitiveness.In this paper, the idea of writing press as "ask questions, analyze and solve problems", using the theory of economic management, budget management, performance incentives and other aspects of the theory, Z University as a starting point, with literature research, survey research, case studies, comparative analysis method, descriptive statistics analysis, describe the state of the overall budget management for Z University, pointed out that the existence of Z university overall budget management work is not being taken seriously, budgeting advance preparation insufficient, a matter of a lack of scientific preparation system, lack of preparation in advance, afterwards lack of supervision incentives and perfrmance appraisal and other issues, and proposed to increase the importance of the school budget management, strengthen budget management preparation in advance, improve budgeting system, establishing an effective budget management of supervision and encouragement and evaluation system and other improvement ideas. In this paper, a comprehensive exploration of the university budget management, made a number of beneficial to improve the overall level of Chinese university budget management advices.
