In recent years,with the influx of more rural labor to urban migration was in the form of “family” trend,in turn resulting in the number of migrant children is also growing.The problem is that they are accompanied by poor living conditions,education is not optimistic that these difficulties will lead to them growing up in a series of problems. In the cities, migrant children is a special group, the whole society should give help to their growth, care and support, including to develop their interest in learning, improve their academic performance. During I was practicing in F migrant children shool found there were a lot of migrant children were not enthusiastic about learning, learning interest was low, confused the issue for the future. To solve this problem, I designed the “I learn I am happy ”learning interest cultured group, migrant children were involved in the group of six continuous period of more than a month of professional services.Members of the group carried out the case and the entire team performance in the process point of view, the use of group work flow intervene in the way children learn to cultivate an interest indeed played a positive role. In this study, participant observation and in-depth interview, on the basis of social-ecological systems theory and strengths perspective theory, by the method of group work to cultivate children’s interest in learning mobility, and make the experience gained in the group members, and the use of techniques which go beyond learning, which will help improve their academic performance, sound and smooth growth. Findings by assessing the situation of the group reached the target, the Panel process, the evaluation team of proven effectioness intervention group work for children’s interest in learning the low flow problems are really feasible, and process solution to the problems of low interest migrant children learning strategies and summary intervention techniques and inadequate.
