The Analysis Of Campus Security Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Campus Security Management

In recent years, campus safety accidents attract the attention of scholars and all walks of life to the campus safety management. It is the primary responsibility of the school to ensure students' safety and health, and it is the premise of each work of school. Campus safety management not only involves the macroscopic areas, like the legislative, funds, school equipment, but also involves the microscopic areas like campus safety thematic education activities.Only the integration of various aspects think and work together, we can build the campus safety walls. This paper states reasons and significance of campus safety management, and then gives definition of a series concepts related to the campus safety management, including security, campus security, campus security management. Based on the literature review of school safety management at home and abroad, this study adopts the methods of literature and questionnaire.Based on the investigation, this paper presents the current safety accidents occurring frequently in on campus, including violence in campus, campus fire, traffic accident, natural disasters, food security, stampede, and other events. And then t he author analyses the problems existing in the campus security management, and then explores the causes of these problems. All these problems include Imperfect Campus security legislation system, a serious lack of campus safety consciousness; it?s difficult to carry out the campus management funds, a massive loss of school safety education, lack of the cooperation of family and society, lack of prevention consciousness in campus management, unqualified school safety equipment. The causes include the aspects of society, school and family. Thirdly, according to the analysis of problems and causes in campus management above, the author gives some suggestions to improve campus security management, which includes intensifying campus security legislation to provide legal basis for campus security management, strengthening the cooperation between school, family and all walks of society in campus management, promoting safety education to raise the safety awareness of the students, increasing the financial input in campus security management, taking the measure of prevention first, and then combining prevention and control in campus security management to kill the campus accidents in the cradle, improving the campus safety equipment to provide software and hardware support for the campus safety management.
