Study On Optimizing The Structure Of Local University

Major is important carrier to realize three functions of university, including personnel training, scientific research and social services. This paper, take Linyi university as an example, use three methods of research to analysis the professional structure of local university.The first part is mainly on concept definition, expounding the origin and basic elements of speciality, analyzing the relationship between the major and subject, the relationship between professional and curriculum.The second part expounds the education ecology theory used in this research institute,and describes the education of ecological law in detail.The third part analyzes the current situation of Linyi university professional structure, elaborating the professional development of the Linyi university. Linyi university has experienced three periods. The article makes a detailed summary on the development of professional, including the setting of normal and non-normal professional, new professional, university-enterprise cooperation professional, situation of teacher source, key discipline, etc.. This part analyze the advantage of the professional structure and some problems of the professional structure to be solved. The professional structure of Linyi university showed some problems.The professional structure can't meet the needs of the industrial structure and lack of regional characteristics. Although professional quantity is rich, but specialty construction is relatively weak in many ways, including the key discipline of professional development, the discipline echelon, high quality professional, educational condition, educational funds, etc.. The optimization professional structure obtains a lot of support from the state and governments, emerging industries, the regional economy, industrial structure, etc..There are two kinds of external threats in the process of professional structure optimization, the competition between the university and the local government intervention.Combined with professional structure analysis, the fourth part put forward some effective measures to improve the structure of local university professional from four levels, including the satisfaction of social needs, the connotation of professional development and the improvement of safeguard mechanism.Local university needs to strengthen the construction of various aspects to promote high quality professional development, including curriculum system,key and characteristic specialty,discipline echelon, double-teachers, practice base, etc. Local university needs to build graduate employment feedback mechanism and the professional construction of evaluation system.This article tries to optimize the professional structure to realize the characteristic development of local university, and tries to improve the quality of personnel training to promote the development of the connotation of the local university.Through service to regional economy and emerging industries, local university meet the needs of society.
