God should make men before the creation. It takes ten years to grow a big tree but a hundred years to bring up a generation of good men. The education has a long history, and the training market hasn’t run its full course.Since 2011,the development of China’s training market has entered the phase of blow out. The first purpose is education savings, and according to the latest statistics, education project spending has accounted for about 20% of the income, in the process of cultivation of children, parents are willing to invest a lot of time and money. Chinese after-school tutoring market size has reach up to 380.6 billion RMB in 2013r. By 2020, China has unpredictable potential education training market, experts predict education training market demand will reach six hundred billion RMB of above.In this thesis, the research object Wenquxing training school is a small family business, mainly to provide primary and middle school students extracurricular counseling, holiday specially trained, interest cultivation, skills training and other services, and according to the actual situation of students’ accommodation in need. As the school education and training in the management of small town micro-emulsion type family enterprises, lack of management experience in the process of development and knowledge reserves and competitive situation in the external homogeneity hard-hit, internal decision-making also failed to clear development direction, family-owned business management draw backs highlight... Through on-the-spot investigation, summarized the current problems to be solved are:management oversight, faculty is not stable, single student sources, service quality problem, homogenized competition is intense, industry admittance threshold low, extracurricular training limited environment, economic environment, etc. Then by using PEST analysis, Michael Porter five forces model carried on the thorough analysis of the internal and external environment, according to the obtained first-hand detailed information and data, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, uses the method of SWOT analysis for this training school, external opportunities and threats facing the internal strengths and weaknesses. On this basis, by using strategic clock model to choose out of the school’s competitive strategy, improve service quality, product design and upgrade services, provide students with more high quality, fit their own needs and future training service, win the trust and recognition of the students and their parents.Combined with my own learning, through the deep research in the training school and put forward the feasible competition strategy, for the healthy and orderly development of the school to provide effective solutions at the same time, the competition strategy for other problems such small training school providing a certain reference.
