The key objective of China's higher education is to train the majority of college students to become a high quality, strong, firm reliable political qualified builders and successors, which is not only the fundamental task of the socialism University for personnel training, but also the important leverage to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and "China dream" ultimately. Ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is an important part in socialist education system in the University and their educational effects are directly related to the quality of talent cultivation and the effectiveness of the socialist modernization in China. In order to enhance the teaching quality and level of the ideological and political theory course, we must construct a teaching team of it to ensure the teaching objectives of ideological and political theory education.In recent years, the construction of ideological and political theory course and teaching teams in colleges and universities in Anhui Province has made much progress and accumulated valuable experience, but there are still many problems and difficulties for the team construction, such as the lack of teachers in colleges and universities, especially those of having the high talents of scientific research, the number of independent research management agency is not sufficient, some colleges and universities are not so aware of the social status and function of ideological and political course, etc.which have had a negative impact on the construction of teaching teams.This article focuses on effective ways of teacher's team construction of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in Anhui province by the way of analyzing the research data, questionnaire survey and symposiums. At the same time, on the basis of it, many related policies and discipline construction systems and introduction of talent and training systems to solve the problems, solutions of how to improve teacher's comprehensive quality and scientific research and creative ability are shown in this article.This article is very helpful of understanding the important role and significance of teacher's team construction of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities. And also it supplies the reference value for relevant functional departments to further study ideological and political education work for colleges and universities.
