Research On The Internal Control Of Scientific Research Funds In LY College

In recent years,the investment of scientific research funds from our country is getting bigger and bigger,but the internal control system of scientific research funds is not perfect,Control focus is not clear,the main responsibility is not clear,Supervision mechanism become more formality,Enforcement is not strict,the existence of control blind spot is a common problem in the practice of scientific research funds in our country.The loopholes in the management of scientific research funds in Colleges and universities will seriously affect the use of scientific research funds,and thus directly affect the work of scientific research,so in order to make scientific research funds in Colleges and universities use more efficient and make financial information more objectively.It is a particularly important task for colleges and universities to sort out the internal control of scientific research funds,which is also the focus of this paper.Based on the theory of internal control and other scientific research funds management and internal control experience and the review of the research status at home and abroad,Using the methods of field survey,literature,case study,and other scientific research methods,the current situation of the internal control of the LY College of research funds were re examined.At the same time,analyzed and studied the problems in the internal control of scientific research funds from the unit level and the business layer of LY college.From the application process,the use of links,the final analysis in the research funding to analysis problem and explore the deep-seated reasons for these problems,and design optimized internal control system of LY college R & D funding,and put forward suggestions to perfect the system,trying to construct a set of internal control system which is suitable for LY college R & D funding under the new environment and fully aware of the importance of internal control of research funding.
