Education is an activity of cultivating and developing talents. Where there are good teachers, there is high quality education. Excellent newly-service teachers can guarantee the sustainable and effective development of education. The professional growth of newly-service teachers based on the Professional Standards is the key to guarantee the sustainable and effective development of education. This thesis majorly collects and combs the literature researches on the theories of teachers' growth and on the newly-service teachers domestic and overseas based on the literature research method. This thesis has found that the issue of the growth of newly-service teachers is concerned by people all over the world not only in terms of system supports, but also in terms of the adaptation of the newly-service teachers. From the perspective of managing intervention, relatively mature methods and plans on induction and guidance for newly-service teachers can be found in various foreign countries. However, this hasn't been found in China yet. Deficiencies can be found among the studies on the newly-service teachers. Firstly, studies on the relationship between Primary School Teachers' Professional Standards and the newly-service teachers' growth are inadequate. Secondly, the influential factors of the newly-service teachers need further research. Thirdly, there lacks further studies on the relationship between the newly-service teachers and the managing intervention. Therefore, this thesis aims at solving the problems listed above.Through analyzing the connotation of Primary School Teachers' Professional Standards, this thesis has found that the reason why the Ministry of education formulated the Primary School Teachers' Professional Standards is that it can help accelerate the pace of teachers' professionalization, promote education fairness, implement the essence of National Education Plan and help to consist with the trend of modern educational reform and development. The establishment of this plan has great effects on the newly-service teachers, such as, guaranteeing the quality of newly-service teachers and the starting point of them is high at large, which can guarantee the sustainable and professional growth of them; reducing the blindness and randomness of the induction training of the newly-service teachers, which can help to promote the quality of those teachers. This thesis has constructed the framework of the newly-service teachers' growth by combining with the condition of school in terms of professional concept, teachers' ethics, professional knowledge and professional ability.This thesis has made a study on the current situation of the managing intervention on the professional growth of the newly-service teachers based on the Primary School Teachers' Professional Standards in the school where the author works through the method of questionnaire and interview. It is found that the problem exists in the professional growth of the newly-service teachers in different extent. The author has summarized two influential factors on the professional growth of the newly-service teachers by analyzing the problem: subjective inner factors and managing intervention.This thesis has analyzed, summarized and extracted the contents of school managing intervention on the professional growth of the newly-service teachers and analyzed the efficiency of managing intervention by using the method of action research. It shows that the professionalization of the newly-service teachers has been enhanced to some extent under the school managing intervention and the disparity of specialized competence is decreasing gradually among the newly-service teachers. At the same time, the author has combed some problems, such as, lacking the power force of career understanding and self-development and the professional attitude towards work; being lack of the awareness of active learning and life-long learning; lacking knowledge reserve; lacking certain teaching implement ability and there exists problem on grasping teaching material and breaking through key points and difficult points in every class, not being able to flexibly deal with the problems generated in class. This thesis has put forward the strategies of school managing intervention to optimize the professional growth of newly-service teachers based on the case study on the two newly-service teachers, such as, making scientific management concept, creating management environment which is suitable to the professional growth of the newly-service teachers, reasonably planing the countermeasures of school management to promote the professional growth of newly-service teachers and to guarantee the effective way of the professional growth of them in order to help the newly-service teachers to realize the sense of happiness on teachers' profession.
