At present,there is a serious disorder condition in education agency and language training center.Sales mode and the way to train students is in a way to seek quick success and instant benefit.They even teach students to cheat.Comparing to the agency,international curriculum developed gradually especially in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou. It is a late start for Tianjin, but developed very quick in these two or three years and change the industry. However,many institutes and school still use the the way of agency to operate the international curriculum center,chasing profit,but ignoring the honesty and the nature of education.It leads to the disorder of market environment.The revolution of this industry in Tianjin is in a hurry.PT education group is the biggest organization which provide the management and service of the international curriculum. PT Group begin its business in 2012,bringing the new concept to Tianjin industry :international curriculum should not be only regard as springboard of studying overseas,but also to develop the students' ability.It should increase the students' scores as well as the soft knowledge, laying foundation for future. At the same time, PT Group still look for the new profit point, including ACCP, English Debate, Enrich school,Kaisi service, and also work hard to improve the weakness.This paper uses the related marketing theory to summery the study aboard industry, and combined the real condition of Tianjin.Make use of the five forces mode and SWOT to analyze the internal and external environment.Make develop and marketing strategy for Tianjin center through 4P theory and marketing mode.
