Under the dual background of China popularization of higher education and economic transformation and upgrading, development and application of technology oriented university, training applied and technical intellectuals have become an inevitable trend. The Chinese government actively promote the restructuring and development of local universities, local colleges encounter many problems and difficulties in the transition process. Many scholars and experts pay close attention to the development and application of technology-based universities, have a certain research on talents advantage, faculty development, curriculum development and design. For teaching practice, the current study is still relatively weak. Domestic research focused on vocational and professional science and engineering, is still relatively small for Application Technology Research. Investigation of the Practical application of technology-based teaching situation, I chose Gansu Province three transition institutions as samples, analyzed the current situation practice of sample Colleges, found the problem, tried to put forward suggestions.Application Technology Universities found the following problems in the whole process of teaching practice:1.the design of the course scheme; 2.the problem of the rationality of the course structure;3.the issue of curriculum implementation;4.the practical training problem;5.the course evaluation and examination questions.Research found that the above problems and analyzed the causes, based on the sample data analysis and collected information of interviews, to improve teaching practice and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:Firstly, the concept of advanced education and professional personnel training concept to design curriculum programs; universities should become "open door" schools, multi-agent involved in the design of the Teaching Course programs;improve the system construction of Universities, learn from the advanced experience and practice.Secondly, increase the share of practice teaching hours and credits, coordinate theory lessons and practical operation of the proportion of courses; enrich practicalteaching course type, take advantage of a variety of teaching methods; be strict with implementation of teaching practice, improve the quality of teachers, to create "double" teacher team; actively build schools hardware facilities, improve the practical teaching conditions for implementation; organize and manage scientific and standardized curriculum implementation; practice training when extended length;abundant practical training info/form; regulate student internship training management; Strengthen Students practical training guidance.Thirdly, put efforts to improve education quality; improve assessment and evaluation mechanisms.
