The 21st century is the era of high technology talented person for urgent, competition is the quality of vocational education. The development of vocational education in our country at present stage still exists some contradictions, outstanding performance for the vocational education is the contradiction between quality standards required for society and now the quality level of vocational education. In order to solve this contradiction, we are working hard now to improve the modernization level of vocational education quality guarantee system, improving the quality of vocational education. Standing on the position of China's vocational education to face the current situation of vocational education quality guarantee system in our country is the precondition of modern vocational education quality guarantee system construction. The company, thus how "There is always someone to learn from ", drawing lessons from foreign vocational education quality guarantee system in the developed countries experience, can let us avoid detours in the process of the building 21st century vocational education quality guarantee system.Specific content as follows:the first part is introduction, mainly including the reason of selected topic and the significance of topic selection, definition of related concepts of vocational education quality assurance system, and an overview of the status of vocational education quality assurance system at home and abroad, research methods research innovation and analyzes the three theoretical basis of the construction of the vocational education quality assurance system in China in the 21st century:the harmonious development of socialist theory, theory of total quality management and ISO9001 quality management standards;The second part mainly use literature study method to understand the development and the development situation of vocational education quality assurance system at the present stage in China, the objective in this paper, the present situation of vocational education quality assurance system in China, mainly from two aspects of inside and outside, from the government, society, enterprise and vocational colleges three angles to analyze problem and deficiency of vocational education quality guarantee system in China;Using comparison method mainly in the third part to analyze the Germany, Australia and British seven aspects superiority characteristic,like vocational education laws and regulations, vocational education institute, the national vocational education quality assurance framework, teachers' qualification admittance system, vocational education funds, industry associations, enterprises participate in vocational education and vocational colleges internal security system vocational education quality assurance, and compares the summary analysis, and convenient for our reference;The building of vocational education quality assurance system in China in the 21st century in fourth part is the core content of this research, in accordance with the harmonious environment of our country's socialist society, build the vocational education quality assurance system in the 21st century ideal framework dominated by the government, assisted by industry and implemented by vocational colleges.
