Research On Development Status Of Mass Gas Volleyball Sport In Zhengzhou City

Since the founding of our nation, the development of masses sports has been the focus of the sports industry in China. With the vigorous development of mass sports and the increasing number of participants in sports, and to satisfy the sport demand of different people, our country has to extensive development mass sports, fully excavated sports suitable for public health and better promoted of fitness activities. In this situation, the gas volleyball gradually entered people's field of vision. The gas volleyball is derived from the volleyball sport. It has the basic attribute of the volleyball, but is also different from the volleyball in the aspects of the ball, the field, the rules of competition, the techniques, the tactics, and so on the system. Compared with hard volleyball, gas volleyball has attributes such as soft, low net, small site, slow movement, easy to control, safe, wide adaptability, low consumption, strong collectivity etc. It is a very suitable choice for development of the mass sports project. With the charm of the gas volleyball gradually shows itself, and its social influence gradually expand, the participation of the masses gradually increased, and the gas volleyball has become one of the important content of the national fitness activities.This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, researches and analyzes the gas volleyball sports development status in Zhengzhou city, find out of zhengzhou city mass volleyball problems existing in the development of gas, and scientific and reasonable Suggestions are put forward. The results are as follow:Most of the participators in the mass gas volleyball sport are middle aged and elderly people at the age of 40-59 years old,with a trend to be younger. Participants have high level of education with their occupation widely distributed and strong sports consciousness.The participants of mass gas volleyball sport in Zhengzhou City like the sport not only because gas volleyball sport gets some advantages, but also because its comprehensive property is deeply loved. Participants have strong interest in gas volleyball, and know much a about the sport.The participants of mass gas volleyball sport in Zhengzhou City are always in the sport for more than one hour 3-4 times per week or even more, indicating they have great enthusiasm for the sport. The participants do the sport mostly in volleyball, badminton and other sports venues of schools and enterprises. The implementation of “one venue for multi-sports” makes full use of the existing venues.The organization and management of mass gas volleyball sport in Zhengzhou City is under the macro-control of Zhengzhou Municipal Sports Bureau,with organization of a variety of models jointly developing. Zhengzhou mass gas volleyball activities to carry out a good situation, the activities of the organization and management more standardized, competitive level and the enthusiasm of the masses significantly improved, but the development of Zhengzhou mass gas volleyball activities are still some shortcomings.Through the analysis of development status of, the main factors influencing mass gas volleyball sport in Zhengzhou City are concluded:(1) Sports participants. Participants are the subject of gas volleyball development. Effectively improving the awareness of participants in sports helps to motivate participants to actively participate in gas volleyball sport and to cultivate their awareness of lifelong physical exercise.(2) The characteristics of the sport. While gas volleyball has many advantages, there are also its own constraints that hinder its development.(3) Organization and management of sports bodies. Although there are many organizations of gas volleyball sport in Zhengzhou, there is no specific organization and management department. Most organizations are of self-management and they have no clear spectrum of duty. All of these result in the function overlap, loose organization and the directivity and arbitrariness which seriously put off the development of gas volleyball sport in Zhangzhou.(4) Economic factor. As the economic level in Zhengzhou City is high, mass sports have been favorably developed.(5) Lack of venues and facilities, shortage of primary guiding force and small media propaganda cause some influence on the development of mass gas volleyball sport in Zhengzhou City.Therefore, this paper puts forward the following recommendations: First, to strengthen the gas volleyball organization management, set up the department in charge of Gas Volleyball Specialized, carry out various forms of gas volleyball activities. Second, strengthen the training of basic level instructors, and comprehensively improve the number of guidance personnel and quality. Third, strengthen the propaganda of the gas volleyball campaign, increase the propaganda dynamics, establish a special website for Zhengzhou gas volleyball players to release gas volleyball information, to attract more sports fans to join in the gas volleyball. Fourth, initiate change that mainly rely on the government and the association for funding, and take more channels to raise funds, and guide the masses to moderately increase sports consumption.
