Study On The Sustainable Development Strategies Of School Football

For years, the level of Chinese football continues to fall and student physique universal drop, thus the state leaders takes it very seriously. As a sport, football is favored by teenagers, hence carry out school football which has far-reaching significant of consolidating the foundation of football reserve talents and reversing physical condition of students. School football's development process divides into two phases, marked by “picture phone meeting” on December 2014. Now, school football is at critical period of transformation and upgrading, and it has an important effect on its development concept. The office of school football is located in Henan provincial education office from beginning to end, which makes full use of its advantages in the combination of sport and education. In addition, more and more students participate in this activity that embodies a sustainable way on school football. This paper will focus on school football of Henan province, from the angle of view for sustainable development to examine problems on the development process of School-football and spreads its successful experience. It is necessary to provide reform ideals and theoretical basis for holding of School-football.This paper uses methods of literature research, investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to make a survey and analysis of the 40 good developmental characteristic schools in Henan, the conclusion can be reached as the following: Firstly, we still do not fully master the lifeblood of teenager's football development, so that Chinese football is always behind other countries in the world. Secondly, there are four factors affect the development of school football, that is, the state policy support is a prerequisite, economic growth and industrial structure optimization is guarantee, the appropriate population of football is a requirement and the well resource and environment of football. School football in Henan started earlier, carried out effective measures and has obtained certain achievement, but there are still some problems to solve, such as fields, teachers and funds. The school football activities in Henan Province stick to sustainable, equitable, mutual ways and the “people-oriented” principle during the development process. However, there are still some problems, such as “imbalance in regional development, in capacity of benefitting all students, incomplete insurance system, and the lack of qualities including” respects to others and rules, fair competition” The school-football in Henan Province moves forward while exploring. With the accumulation of 3 years experiences, our consciousness and practices take the leading position in China.We propose that the sustainable development of school football is an evitable choice. Under the guidance of the connotation of sustainable development, school football will show great animation. The activity of school football should be under the predominance of our government, enlarge the population of school football meanwhile improve the quality of people, and grasp the chance of optimization of economical structure integrating all kinds resources, forming the joined force of stimulating the healthy development of school football. The school football of the Henan province should emphasize the input of capital and gradually solve the problem of the lack of site facility and the weakness of faculty. The containable development of school football should be under the guidance of containable development, according the reality, taken the spirit of policy into effect. The sustainable development of school football should be guided by the principle of justice, international common and humanism; should not affect school football's continuous development in first-tier cities, and promote its development in relatively poor areas; should depend on the joint action of all provinces and cities, as well as the attention and support from the whole society; and should fully respect students' right of choosing sports, not influence their literacy class study, train scientifically and safely, and promote their comprehensive development, so as to complete school football's mission of strengthening morality and rearing people. As a benchmarking province, Henan's school football enjoys a sound and sustainable development, and we should make its exemplary role play fully and spread the successful experiences.
