In recent years, with the support of the relevant policies of higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges have changed by leaps and bounds. Especially in2014, the national policy support for higher vocational colleges, advertising design and production of professional has become a more popular candidates. In addition, a large number of advertising companies, media companies and other related businesses also need a large number of advertising design professionals. In the urgent need of the market, the advertising design and production of higher vocational colleges can not meet the needs of the market. The market needs is skilled application type talented person, but the more higher vocational colleges to develop the advertisement design and manufacture specialized student only or 1.5 finished product. In the face of these problems, the advertising design and production in higher vocational colleges need to start with the talent training program, and to increase the curriculum teaching reform in Higher Vocational colleges. Curriculum reform involves the curriculum management, curriculum management is an important part of the whole design and production of professional personnel training. Through curriculum management,increase the implementation of personnel training programs, so that higher vocational colleges can really cultivate a "graduate can get started working state" of the outstanding students.The Lanzhou Institute of arts advertising design and production of professional curriculum management as a starting point, combined with other higher vocational colleges, advertising design and production of professional courses management status, through visits to survey in Higher Vocational Colleges survey advertising design professional curriculum management status, analyzed the typical problems which appeared in the current vocational college advertising design and production of professional curriculum management, such as the theory of class; in order to complete the teaching plan and setting of curriculum; ignore relevant marketing theory,communication theory and other elective course setting. Through the research of the above problems, the strategies of advertising design and production and how tostrengthen the management of advertising design and production in higher vocational colleges are also designed.In the end, it is not only a simple adjustment to the curriculum management of Higher Vocational College advertising design and production, but it should be combined with the adjustment of personnel training program in the current advertising talent market.
