What is development? From materialist point of view, development is two or more than two state or quality of the conversion between existing way, popular point, is the benign changes or evolution of things. The development of human civilization thousands of years of history, the ideological and moral education has always been the first condition of each period, in today’s is famous for its civilization and harmonious society, and more should pay attention to the child’s ideological and moral education. Since the courses in the students’ ideology and moral character, based on the purpose of the education of students and not to the principles of students’ academic burden, the course has been advocated an open-book exam, so in this way, how to improve the open-book way and the teaching strategy to achieve the purpose of education students?
