A Study On Development And Orientation Of Colleges And Universities Of Guangxi In The Transformation Development For Higher Education

With the advancement of the process of the mass higher education, the scale of the education make great changes in our country, the education patterns also have changed from the elite education in the past to the mass education, drastically increased the diversity development of the higher education.Increased in quantity at the same time, colleges and universities should also improve the quality, especially the large number of all kinds of the colleges and universities in the same condition of the competition, which leads to the higher education must make their own location and get a place in the higher education system.How to make the scientific location,which is the top issue in the process of the development of colleges and universities in Guangxi, and the core of the development orientation of colleges and universities in Guangxi.Each college has its own development goals, direction and planning,which play the role of lead, flags, but some others are just the text decoration and don't have any effects, Guangxi colleges and universities must be clear their advantages and disadvantages to run colleges with their own characteristics so as to make a systematic and effective development plan. This article expand the study of the development orientation in Guangxi though using the documentary study, documentary analysis, investigation method and comparative method, the first three development orientation text in Guangxi universities and two development planning in the teacher's interview in Guangxi universities as the logical starting point, through research and analyze the first three development orientation text in Guangxi universities and relevant text the interview,you will find that the Guangxi colleges and universities deviate the development orientation text from subject logic that the starting pointis knowledge in the process of making the development orientation text,investigate its reason, firstly, mainly is "epistemological philosophy" is vulnerable in the game of the "epistemological philosophy" and "political philosophy" in the the higher education; secondly, the development orientation of colleges and universities focus on "work" and ignore the logic starting point of the work; thirdly, the development orientation are constrained by "absolute advantage" to pursue and the lack of "comparative advantage" strategy. In view of this, with strategic management theory and the comparative advantage theory as the main support,the author thinks that the Guangxi colleges and universities make development location should be from the three aspects to improve,respectively is:firstly, the strategy of the development orientation must stick to "epistemological philosophy" in the game; secondly, the discipline of the development orientation, fully aware of the logic starting point of higher education system; thirdly, the tactics of the development orientation, pursuit the comparative advantage of the discipline in the process of the competition developing.
