It provides great values in identification, prevention and control for our country. The fourth part Suggestions of "KAROSHI" legal regulation. Take a further analysis on how to improve the legal governance of "KAROSHI" based on the former three chapters. Firstly, the main measure is to improve the existing legislation and regard "KAROSHI" as a special industrial injury for security. Besides, the supporting mechanism is needed to be strengthened and completed, such as social-security or social assistance and prevention. These measures are feasible and obligatory to prevent the death of "KAROSHI".
