College students are valuable social resources, who are the inexhaustible motive force for national innovation and progress. However, with dramatic and rapid changes in social transformation as well as in international and domestic situation, College Students' thoughts are becoming more and more independent and diversified. Their ideologies and mental activities are usually prone to conflict with each other, which leads to serious psychological imbalance and behavior anomie. Hence the mental health of college students presents generally poor state. As socialized individuals, every single activity of university students has a tremendously thorough and close connection with the whole social system, and the activities concerned with psychological problems are especially crucial and worth the social focus. Therefore, this kind of urgent situation necessitates the society to establish a comprehensive, diversified and highly effective social support system of college students' psychological health education. Based on survey methods of questionnaires and case interviews, totally 411 college students of Huazhong University of Science and Technology have been selected as the survey sample. This paper analyzed the situation of college students' psychological stress and social support, discussed the relationship between the four main supportive subjects and students' psychological health. Under the guidance of synergistic effect, using the theory of "Self Organization" and "Synergistic Effect", the synergy mechanism between the social supportive subjects and the psychological problems was discussed. Additionally, through this way, the overall effect and function of the cooperation of the supportive subjects will be maximized.This paper is divided into six parts, the introduction part is an overview of research,which provided a theoretical basis and direction for this writing. The second part is the design and implementation of the questionnaire and interview, which elaborated the details about the design principles, processes and specific measurement. The third part describedthe basic situation of college students' psychological health and social support, which provided the basis data for further research. In the fourth part, the paper used regression analysis to investigate the relationship between social supportive subjects and psychological pressure, as well as he relationship between social supportive subjects and gender, grade and major. The fifth part is the conclusion of the study. The last but not the least part put forward the Countermeasures of the social supportive system of College Students' mental health education, where proposed a "cooperative support model of students' psychological health education", the model consists of three modules, including support subject coordination system based on the advantages of supportive subjects,multiple collaborative support model based on the characteristics of psychological problems, dynamic collaboration model based on learning and growth stages. In the model,the mechanism between social supportive subjects and mental health education were specified and standardized, which is conducive to promote mental health education to be sustainably improved, efficient and in order.
