Psychological well-being is an important concept in positive psychology. It can predict the level of individual happiness more than the subjective well being. High school students’ psychological development is not balanced, complex and volatile characteristics, under the pressure of college entrance examination, the psychological well-being of high school students in the end is what level? This study randomly selected from the two middle school in Cili County, Hunan Province and Xiangtan city a middle school three middle school high school students for sample of randomly selected 1300 students, the main use of the ego identity status table, psychological well being scale and perceived social support scale three scale of these high school students conducted a questionnaire survey. The present situation of self identity and the current situation of psychological well being of high school students and the actuality of perceived social support and the relationship between the two two are discussed. The main conclusions are as follows:1 High school students’ self identity is on the middle level, and now the self input is the highest.2 High school students’ perceived social support ability, understanding ability is the lowest friends support, is the highest of other people.3 High school students’ psychological well-being is the middle level, the highest score of altruistic behavior, and the lowest score of positive interpersonal.4 The differences of the two aspects of high school students’ self identity in different regions and different parents of migrant workers is very significant. Now the self investment, the city’s high school students was significantly higher than that of the county and rural high school students; parents were at home for senior high school students scored the highest, both parents working out of the high school students had the lowest score.5 Different gender, different students, parents of migrant workers under different conditions and family status of high school students ability to understand the differences in social support significantly. Girls perceived social support than boys; urban high school students perceived social support was higher than that of county and rural high school students; parents are in high school students perceived social support was higher than that of both parents work outside the home of high school students; parents of high school students perceived social support ability is higher than the high school students of single parent families.6 High school students’ psychological well-being in different gender, different places of origin, different parents out of the three aspects of the difference is significant.7 There is a significant positive correlation between high school students’ self identity and perceived social support, and the correlation analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between self investment desire and perceived social support in the future. High school students’ self identity and psychological well-being have significantly positive correlation, the future self investment and psychological well-being of the total score correlation coefficient is the biggest, can be a good predictor of psychological well-being level. High school students perceived social support and psychological well-being is a significant positive correlation, correlation coefficient and others support the psychological well-being of the largest. 8 Through regression analysis, perceived social support plays a part of intermediary role between self identity and psychological well-being of senior high school students.
