In this paper, I conducted a survey and some interviews with the 230 Shijiazhuang teachers of the special-post program. From the system implementation, social integration, personal development and well-being experience four status conduct research and analyze the factors that affect their happiness. On the whole, the happiness of the special-post teachers is at the middle level in Shijiazhuang, most people think this career is unhappy. In the survey, the factors that affect the happiness of the special-post teacher is so many, there are reasons from the government, society and schools, but also have its own reasons. Among them, low wages, lack of interpersonal communication and the development of a small platform are the main factor to reduce the happiness.Thereby increasing the happiness of teachers in special-post program also need to change these aspects. In the aspect of implementation of the system, we must ensure that the salaries of teachers in special-post program put in place and also we need to improve the "special-post plan" assessment system; In the aspect of social inclusion, the schools need to strengthen human care and to provide a good working and living environment for the teachers. At the same time social should make a reasonable evaluation for the special-post teachers and eliminate social prejudice, to form a broad support for the teachers in special-post program; In the aspect of personal development, on the one hand the school should provide more training and learning opportunities for the teachers and to meet their spiritual needs. on the other hand, we also need to build a social platform to solve the teachers' personal problems and eliminate their worries; In the aspect of happy experience, Colleges should strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education, also teachers in special-post program need to establish a correct concept of happiness to enhance the ability to feel happiness, create happiness and pass happiness.
