In recent years, rural left-behind children problem is one of the important hot topics in our country. These psychological problems the left-behind children faced with gradually draw people's attention, and the serious one is their inferiority complex. The rural left-behind children's inferiority complex is caused by many reasons, for example: less care from parents, the lack of school mental health knowledge propaganda and unfriendly peer relationship. The performance of inferiority complex is generally shown as introverted, timid and cowardly, self-abased and low-spirited, which affect the normal study and life of the rural left-behind children.This paper mainly studies the case work intervention on rural left-behind children's inferiority complex correction. The research is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1 is mainly the introduction part, summarizing the research framework of this article; Chapter 2 mainly elaborates the performance and causes of the inferiority complex of the rural left-behind children; Chapter 3 mainly introduces the inferiority complex correctional process of the case work involved. Chapter 4 is the summary and reflection on case work intervention; Chapter 5 is the conclusion, and summarizes this research.Through this study, we find that in the process of application of casework intervention in rural left-behind children's inferiority complex correction, combining the advantage perspective theory and social support theory is a successful practice, but we also need to find its deficiency. To correct the rural left-behind children's inferiority complex, we must cooperate with parents, teachers, professional workers and social public medium to form a supporting network. At the same time, we should use relevant professional methods and techniques in sociology, pedagogy and psychology to develop voluntary service for rural left-behind children, strive for them a harmonious living environment with love, urge them to eliminate the inferiority complex, and live their lives actively and confidently.
