Class is the core of school education, classroom teaching evaluation is an important way to optimize teaching and students' behavior measurement is an important part of classroom teaching evaluation. To form an effective feedback and teaching guide can effectively promote the development of classroom teaching and students, it is necessary to evaluate students' behavior. Therefore,with the help of computer vision technology and teaching process correlation measurements, we can form a multi-dimensional objective evaluation and feedback which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of teaching in the classroom and the quality of teaching. In class, this paper presents a learner action recognition method based on somatosensory information. Besides, we design and implement the relevant application system.In this paper, we mainly describe the construction and instrumentation of a multi-learner behavior measurement system in class based on somatosensory information. Due to the features of skeletal data obtained from Kinect, we proposed a gesture recognition method based on human upper limb bone structure. First of all, the angle mode ratio of human upper limb joints constructed vector is chosen as the final motion vector characteristics. Then, a SVM classifier is used to identify and recognize the motion vector characteristics. Finally, a classroom behavior recognition system is launched, which covers the function of collection, identification, records, analysis and display. And the proposed system also achieves the goal of interaction behavior analysis and class activeness analysis.The result shows that the proposed gesture recognition method has a certain practicability which works well in recognizing multi-learner's gesture(such as hand-up, sit down, bow one's head and so on). Besides, based on the simulating class, the experimental conclusions consist of individual evaluation of each learner, the difficulty of each question of evaluations and the whole class attention of students. It also has a certain reference value for the evaluation of classroom teaching.
