School Sports "one school, one product" project is an important measure of curriculum reform in the current situation of sports. Proposed school sports "one school, one product" project, after years of ups and downs for the duration of the middle school physical education curriculum reform again injected new activator, its social impact will a profound and lasting.So, how to correctly understand conception and practice of general secondary schools "one school, one product" project, how to implement with Chinese characteristics "one school, one product" project under the new situation, really play as an important value to achieve the school PE target breakthrough, is a high school physical education curriculum reform must pay attention to the problem of our country.In this paper, the use of literature, questionnaire and expert interviews. Starting from the research purpose, the study focused on the status quo combing motor learning physical education curriculum goals to achieve an important carrier, motor skill learning materials research arrangement, motor skill learning for physical education curriculum goals to achieve a mechanism of action. School sports "one school, one product" project meaning, practical traceability and theoretical basis for interpretation, and the main mode of "one school, one product" project to be implemented in the current analysis, identify problems and propose appropriate optimization.Studies suggest that: school sports, "one school, one product" project correctly handle the dialectical relationship between the "Comprehensive Development" and "personality development" in order to "personality development" lasting impetus to enhance the overall school physical education; ensure the motor skill learning "excessive exercise" and "class learning" needs, is conducive to master motor skills; through the establishment of sports joyful faith, culture exercise habits, increasing the "active motion" to improve physical health level; strengthening self-efficacy and social adaptation, sound personality development of students. The current implementation of the model "one school, one product" project mainly includes government support leadership model, internal and external resources integration model, featuring school-based development model. Propose appropriate solutions for theoptimization of the implementation process will encounter a problem: increasing government support, the establishment of mechanisms to promote activities, school-based curriculum development, teacher training the introduction, construction site facilities.
