Since table tennis was a part of the Olympic Games in 1988, it has been developed remarkably. The role of table tennis has been improved in all aspects, especially in the world sports. Under the new situation, with the differences of the development in world table tennis are becoming bigger and bigger, the dominance of Asia is stronger and stronger and Europe doesn't have its advantages any more. ITTF has made some reform and innovation on rules, but the situation has not been greatly changed yet.Naturalized players refer to those who were born in one country but are willing to get the nationality of another country and take part in international events on behalf of the country. In essence, naturalized players is a component of talent flowing under the international background. China dominates the international table tennis matches. To some degree, naturalized players promote the international communications of table tennis. To some extent. The appearance of naturalized players has an influence on the overall pattern of table tennis around the world. As one of the countries with the most naturalized players, Singapore has benefited a lot and performed wonderfully in lots of international matches in recent years. So to speak, thanks to naturalized players, table tennis can be developed all over the world. Good national environment, rich rewards and enough attention and respect for naturalized players are important reasons for each country to attract excellent naturalized players. Naturalized players have greatly improved the performance of table tennis, promoted the development in the world and formed a good mechanism and had a positive influence on other events. However, it can't be denied that the phenomenon leads to negative results. For example, it influences the professional development of teenager players and breeds improper investment.Generally speaking, now naturalized players still face these problems. The phenomenon of too much honor contradicts traditional culture of naturalized countries. They cannot get enough recognition and respect. They cannot fit in because of different languages and cultures. Therefore, naturalized countries should have a more open and tolerant attitude and accept talents actively. At the same time, naturalized players should keep improving themselves, stay positive and have the awareness of lifelong learning for win-win of both naturalized players and naturalized countries. The paper studies Singaporean naturalized players by using methods of literature, interview and mathematical statistics. The conclusions are as follow. First, naturalized players appear everywhere. Second, the appearance of naturalized players is special. Third, the bringing in of naturalized players influences all countries, including Singapore. Positive effect---- the performance of some countries can be improved in a short time. Negative effect----it hinders the development of national players. To sum up, some advice can be offered. First, with the leadership of ITTF, laws and rules about bringing in and naturalization can be further specified. Secondly, all countries should keep an open mechanism and good national environment. Third, optimize the national training system for teenager players.
