Good national environment, rich rewards and enough attention and respect for naturalized players are important reasons for each country to attract excellent naturalized players. Naturalized players have greatly improved the performance of table tennis, promoted the development in the world and formed a good mechanism and had a positive influence on other events. However, it can't be denied that the phenomenon leads to negative results. For example, it influences the professional development of teenager players and breeds improper investment.Generally speaking, now naturalized players still face these problems. Positive effect---- the performance of some countries can be improved in a short time. Negative effect----it hinders the development of national players. To sum up, some advice can be offered. First, with the leadership of ITTF, laws and rules about bringing in and naturalization can be further specified. Secondly, all countries should keep an open mechanism and good national environment. Third, optimize the national training system for teenager players.
