The importance of understanding is obvious, various aspects of understanding have been studied by scholars. But most of them are aimed at psychological process of the learners. The main purpose of this paper is to make a further explanation of the "understanding" in the curriculum standard under the guidance of Anderson, L.W.'s understanding performance classification, to refine the external manifestations of understanding, and to make it more operational. The external manifestations of the understanding are summarized systematicly in this study. In this way, the teacher can theoretically re-examine the commonly used way to help students understand in the course of teaching. It also provides a way for teachers to improve their teaching. Based on four instructional design cases, it provides some ideas for the first line teachers to prepare lessons.Five research methods are applied in this paper:literature research method, case study method, action research method, survey research method and classroom observation. First, through combing and summarizing the literature, the current research situation, research ideas and research questions are understood and clarified. During the education internship, based on the investigation and classroom observation, students' understanding performance in the process of mathematics learning is understood, and teachers'problems in preparing lessons are found out. In the practical research stage, by collecting data and analyzing case, the instructional design model, teaching process and teaching strategy of this research are determined, and specific instructional design is implemented in the actual teaching. Under the guidance of tutor and practice teachers, the instructional design of the study is improved step by step.The main conclusions of this study are listed below. First, the reason why the students'understanding is not deep is clarified. Second, the instructional design model is established, and it includes seven links:grasping the teaching requirements of curriculum standards, analyzing teaching task, determining initial behavior, determining teaching objectives and specific performance objectives, designing target detection, developing teaching strategies, revising instructional design. Third, the teaching process is divided into six links:creating situation, exploring problems, forming definition, strengthening concept, doing exercise, summarizing key points. Fourth, aiming at the six links of the teaching process, the corresponding teaching strategies and specific teaching methods are proposed.
