Now a high level of volleyball competition, constantly with faster velocity and the vagaries of tactics, encourage competition more intense confrontation, speed up the pace of attack and defense conversion, forced the duality of attack and defense of technical innovation trend is more obvious. Fierce competition against competitive ability put forward higher requirements for the players, in addition to the team's own skill, tactics, psychology, intelligence factors such as the request, the players'physical quality requirements such as special power, speed, player can be adjusted according to the actual situation in a timely manner on the field, and keep good in the ever-changing mobile body center of gravity and dynamic stability. According to the corresponding problem, this study attempts to adopt a number of core stability training method, by way of experiment, through the experiment of core stability training on the subjects intervention, to explore core stability training of volleyball players, the effects of rapid change to mobile. This study to reflect the team core stability index of ability and rapid change to mobile screening, testing, and records, to deal with the resulting data; According to these characteristics make scientific training plan and ability evaluation index to quantify the volleyball players training intervention, monitoring and analysis, through the study of this article, the hope can provide to improve athletes'ability to touch.This article utilizes the literature material law, expert interview law, the questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method, the core stability training of volleyball player in rapid change experiment research and analysis to the influence of mobile ability. Taking Chengdu Sport University Department of sports, sports training professional volleyball level 2011 students as the research object, selected 18 students, And the experimental subjects were divided into experimental group and control group, and the data were processed by the test data, and there was no significant difference between the test (P>0.05) groups had no significant difference. Applying core stability training based on the experimental group and control group with traditional strength training, for 8 weeks. Again after the experiment to test the related indexes, finally, the experiments before and after the experiment test scores between group and group through the SPSS statistical processing and analysis:(1) Established under the experimental conditions, after 8 weeks after the experiment, the two groups of subjects reflect the rapid change to the indicators of capacity (except control group quadrant jump performance decline) the results are improved. The indexes of the two groups of subjects reflects the core stability ability (in addition to the eight level overlooking the bridge controls test scores declined slightly outside) the results are improved.(2) The experimental group applied the core stability training reflect the fast variable to each achievement to enhance the mobile ability index was greater than the control group applied traditional strength training, that the training of core stability can be very good to improve the volleyball athletes fast variable mobility.(3) Reflect the ability of fast moving ability index to enhance performance and core stability enhancement is consistent, two have positive relationships.
