Sine and cosine theorem is one of the high school mathematics compulsory content, it used as a tool of solving triangle problems, it also have different applications in the college entrance examination, and closely associate with real life. Although this theorem is not difficult, but students can't really grasp the origin of the sine and cosine theorem and its application in the plane geometry.This paper is mainly study the application of sine and cosine theorem in the college entrance examination and the teaching method and content of it. First of all, according to the research of sine and cosine theorem now, putting forward the purpose and significance of this study; Secondly, in order to make it easy for students to understand, the proof and concepts of it is given.At the same time, analysis the exam type.. emphasis and the score proportion in the college entrance examination during the past five years, summarizes the characteristics of various kinds of problems and methods to solve the problems, and find out the misunderstanding of each type problems from the high school students who do these problems; Finally, by applying the "Guidance case" model and the course evaluation methods, given the teaching process and strategies; The innovation point of this paper is to analyze the teaching examples, sum up the experience, and according to the middle school mathematics classroom teaching evaluation form, find out the advantages and disadvantages, to improve the quality of classroom teaching later.
