Research On The Teaching Management In Vocational Students Practical Skills Oriented

Pay attention to the cultivation and management of secondary vocational school students practical skills is the main direction of education reform in colleges occupation at present. Overview of relevant research literature at home and abroad, we find that the research in the field of foreign education experts, either in theory or research in the field of practice has made considerable achievements. Although domestic scholars in theory exploration, reference and Application Research on practice made certain achievements, but overall, the domestic research in this area is still a problem. The scholars mainly study focused on theory, operation skills, guidance on practice management is weak; especially emphasizes the practical skills of teaching management orientation is even less. Therefore, the author proposed to practice skills in secondary vocational schools as a starting point, from the school, teachers and students to the practice of teaching management in Vocational School The problem, put forward more targeted and effective teaching management strategy.This paper takes Fujian F medium occupation school as the main research object, using literature search, interview survey, questionnaire survey, case analysis, experience summary and other research methods, focus on the implementation of the status quo, practical skills, management, strategy research. Through in-depth investigation of the school interview, collect data, reveals the problems and the current state of the teachers and students of secondary occupation school management skills:theory and practice is not reasonable, skill training orientation is not clear, literacy is not high, equipment management, training management. Based on the practice skill culture and management status of research analysis, think to cultivate practical talents, to increase the training of practical skills, and reform from the point of view of management, can let the student training more effective.
