The Research On The Cultivation Of Contemporary College Students' Socialist Core Values

"One can not achieve anything without spirit and a country will not be prosperous without spirit." Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has been vigorously carrying forward and cultivating socialist core values and has composed a new chapter of Chinese Spirit,Chinese Value and Chinese Power starting from the strategic height of the construction of socialist powerful cultural country and standing on the commanding height of the era.At present,both domestic and foreign environment are complicated and keep shifting,so it is a task that Chinese universities need to face up to about how to grasp the dominant right of ideology,adhere to the correct value guidance,consolidate the basic theoretical status of Marxism,expand public opinion front of mainstream ideas and build good social atmosphere.How to cultivate theoretical cognition of major values and beliefs of the core values to college students who are in the transformation period of society and put them to practice consciously need the joint effort from universities and the society to explore a scientific,systemic and complete training approach.Based on the above research background,this paper has made the following researches and explanations:firstly,it explains relative theories of "core values," and lays theoretical basis of the following parts;secondly,it explains the historical theoretical origin of the leading group of Communist Party of China about "values";thirdly,through empirical investigation method of questionnaire,it analyzes college students' cognitive confusions of three layers about socialist core values and major problems and influence elements during the cultivation;fourthly,it proposes cultivation strategies centering on six dimensionalities,i.e.,"theoretical education","practical cultivation","safeguard mechanism","influencing people with culture","example leading" and "network efficacy".
