The enrollment motivation is an important part of learning motivation,which affects the learning attitude and scientific research achievements of postgraduates.The current proportion of academic female graduate students continued to rise,at the same time,scientific research capacity has become increasingly prominent.In the context of attaching importance to the cultivation of scientific talent,domestic and foreign scholars engaged in the study of academic graduate students,and achieved some results.However,there are still shortcomings in the study,for example,the research on the academic deviation of the enrollment motivation of academic female graduate students is relatively small,what's more,the research on the status and influencing factors of the academic deviation of academic masculinity motives is mostly on the theoretical analysis.Therefore,it has a great theoretical significance to understand the status of the academic deviation of the enrollment motivation of academic female postgraduates,and it also has a great practical significance to the benign development of academic postgraduate education in colleges and universities.This study will take the academic female graduate students as the research object,hoping to achieve the following research purposes: one is to investigate the status of academic deviations from the academic female postgraduates' enrollment motivation.Secondly,trying to explain the influencing factors of the academic deviation of the enrollment motivation of academic female postgraduates.Thirdly,according to the analysis of influencing factors,try to find the corrective measures for the academic deviation of the enrollment motivation of academic female postgraduates.In terms of research methods,this study mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method,the literature analysis method and the statistical analysis method.Mainly choose the Jiangxi Normal University as the investigation site,and carry on the research on the master of the academic type in Jiangxi Normal University.Take random sampling and stratified random sampling.A total of 417 students were surveyed,of which 370 were valid questionnaires.The overall research content of the article is as follows: Firstly,according to the theory of ERG and the Austin three factors,this paper puts forward the theoretical framework of enrollment motivation for postgraduates.According to the framework,author puts forward the classification hypothesis based on the needs of survival,theneed of relationship and the need of growth.At the same time,a series of research hypotheses are put forward based on the theoretical factors such as individual characteristics,teaching environment and learning participation and other factors such as family background and social concept.Second,set the dependent variable and the independent variable,manipulate variables and form a questionnaire to verify the hypothesis.Thirdly,based on the questionnaire survey,this paper analyze the academic deviation's status of the postgraduate's enrollment motivation,and verify the above hypothesis by exploratory factor analysis,independent sample T test,single factor method analysis and other statistical methods.Fourthly,combining with the results of the research,the article puts forward some suggestions on how to correct the academic deviation of academic female postgraduate's enrollment motivation.The conclusions are as follows: Firstly,in the sample,there is a certain degree of academic deviation in the enrollment motivations of academic female postgraduates.Secondly,there are six variables,such as grade,age,teaching environment,learning participation,parental culture level and social concept,have significant influence on the academic motivation of academic female graduate students.What's more,the academic female students form high school(third grade),high age(26 years old and above),poor college teaching environment,poor undergraduate performance,low level of parental culture,and deeply affected by surrounding people has a low academic motivation,also,their enrollment motivation 's academic deviation are more serious.According to this,this paper argues that the main reasons for the academic deviation of enrollment motivation are as follows: firstly,female master and education department,admissions unit and mentor,respectively,as the information between the disadvantages of the side and the advantages of side.In the course of graduate enrollment,it has an asymmetric phenomenon in the transmission of information,this makes no effective communication and transmission between universities and academic masters.Secondly,the diploma as the main identifiable signal of job market,it give the part of the utilitarian academic female master the error signal that "highly educated equal to high ability".So,based on the empirical analysis,the article puts forward some suggestions on correcting the academic deviation of the enrollment motivation of the female students.First,to correct the prejudice of academic studies of female masters,make sure that the academic research is no more mysterious and can help female master's future work.Also,academic research do not have sex discrimination,female master also can do it better;Secondly,to avoid the information asymmetry between academic master and masteruniversity.It mainly divided into three measures,first of all reasonable to develop enrollment plan and improved enrollment plan brochure.Followed by strengthening the academic graduate students,research direction and the mentor of the publicity and introduction efforts.Then improve the channels of information disclosure;Thirdly,to build a variety of academic exchange platform to promote the academic female masters' academic communication;At last,to build a good university teaching environment,to stimulate academic female masters' academic enthusiasm.
