Objective:Related research shows that the body function of the elderly body still has the possibility of improvement and improvement, and healthy lifestyle and regular fitness activities can make these possibilities into reality. But in China, the elderly fitness is still in the beginning stage, and the elderly exercise and health problems become imminent.Based on this, this study use the daily physical activity monitoring methods to improve the health awareness of the elderly,to decrease the incidence of chronic diseases. The Intervention methods include international comparison and exchange, health education and other appropriate technology development pilot.Verifying the effectiveness of monitoring methods to promote daily activities, will help to further understand the movement monitoring and personalized interventions can effectively promote health, and as well,it will contribute to type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other chronic diseases early prevention. Methods: This study recruited 30 subjects from China and Japan, aged 60-69 year-old women. The hospital detected them having no serious chronic diseases, made sure they can participate in the practice of living community residents. Before the intervention, the subjects were asked to take 1 week of physical activity machine to understand the baseline of their physical activity.During the 12 weeks intervention, the subjects kept the physical activity machine on their waist. And the physical activity data was uploaded every two weeks.During the intervention, the subjects were asked to raise their physical activity target by 20% at the baseline level, and have to complete the daily 10-minute indoor aerobics and walk in a row for 10 minutes. At the same time,we used health education, interacting with international peers, setting up incentive mechanism and other ways to improve the fresh and interesting of the intervention process, and to improve the compliance of the subjects and exercise motivation. So as well to promote the exercise effect and to help the subjects to develop good sports habits. After the end of the year, the subjects once again were asked to wear the physical activity machine for one week.Subjects were asked to perform the study, and before and after the intervention, the qualitative survey(questionnaires)included IPAQ short volume, basic information survey and lifestyle questionnaire to understand the basic family situation, physical health, diet and exercise habits and Quantitative tests include height, weight,BMI,body fat rate, muscle mass, blood pressure, quiet pulse, waist circumference, single foot closed eyes, grip strength, seat flexion,5m usually walking time,5m Maximum walking time,10 back chair seating time,TUG and other items. At the same time, blood samples were collected from Chinese subjects before and after intervention.Fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein. Then, the data collected such as physical activity of 14 weeks and the physical health index and questionnaire were analyzed, and the effectiveness of the monitoring method of daily physical activity was tested. Results: 1)After the physical activity intervention, the subjects' walking steps increased by 20%,and remained 90% of the intervention period one year later. After the intervention, the percentage of walking energy consumption increased from 37.04% to 66.92% Energy consumption increased by 142.49%,much higher than other types of energy consumption.2)Compared with the physical fitness test data before and after the intervention, the body water content, muscle mass and body weight of the subjects were increased, there was improvement trend, but no significant change was found in the other indexes. After the intervention, the ability of Chinese subjects improved, including the seat flexion,TUG test,5m fastest speed walking time was significantly improved(p <0.01);Japanese subjects' grip and seat flexion results decreased, but the other abilities have improved, and there was a significant improvement in TUG test(P<0.01).3)After the intervention of physical activity,Chinese subjects' fasting blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein decreased significantly(p <0.05),and the other indexes changed little.4)After the intervention of physical activity,Chinese subjects' alcohol drinking, attention to diet, subjective health evaluation and attention to exercise have improved, but Japanese subjects have smaller changes,Subjects increased their confidence in snow or rainy weather, from 19.23% to 53.85%.Conclusions: 1)Subjects were interested in the intervention during the 12 weeks, and the monitoring methods can help the subjects to improve the level of physical activity.2)The monitoring method of daily physical activity has a good effect on improving body fat rate, body water, muscle mass and flexibility of elderly women;it has a significant effect on improving blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein.3)For older women, keeping an adequate level of physical activity, could help reduce blood sugar,cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein levels, and it will provide a great help to prevent and slow down the chronic disease.
