The new curriculum reform requires teachers to pay attention to master the relationship between imparting knowledge and development of capacity in the teaching process.Teachers need to cultivate the independent learning and the thinking habit of students.In the teaching environment,students can participate in teaching activities actively under the guidance of teachers.Therefore,a good teaching model is of important significance for the long term development of students.This paper has made investigations on the current implementation situation of “125” Autonomous Classroom teaching pattern of Guided Learning Plan adopted in the junior high school classroom teaching in No.38 junior high school in Hohhot City with adaption of questionnaire investigation method and interview method.It is found out that this teaching model plays an positive role among teachers and students,which is good for improving the learning efficiency,cooperation consciousness and independent exploration capacity of students and improving professional quality of teachers;but there are still problems existed in the implementation process,for example,the students can’t use the guiding case correctly,teachers focus on the form in the teaching process of classroom teaching,application of teaching method is improper,“guidance” degree is not enough and can’t realize the transition from “teacher centered” to “student centered” etc.The writer combined with the practice school “125” Autonomous Classroom teaching pattern of Guided Learning Plan in the implementation of the problems,under the guidance of head of biology lesson planning team,the writer summarizes design and use attentions of guiding case,will be self-exploration,cooperative learning,peer assistance,timely feedback,multiple evaluation of five teaching methods to further optimize and combined with the relevant cases.In the classroom teaching practice for one semester,on the one hand,pay attention to the combination of learning situation and teaching content implement the five teaching methods;on the other hand,through the creation of a variety of situations to guide and strengthen students’ autonomous learning.The research has found out that students’ interest in learning and learning habits have changed greatly with before,the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students have been further improved.The research has shown that in biology teaching in junior high school,the rational implementation of the“125” Autonomous Classroom teaching pattern of Guided Learning Plan,the rational use of relevant teaching strategies and methods in order to fundamentally change the teacher and students in the classroom status,to achieve student-centered efficient classroom,comprehensively improve the students’ comprehensive ability,to promote the comprehensive development of students.It is hoped that this study will provide some reference for the first-line teachers to implement the teaching model.
