The progresses of technology improve the development of the society.Students studding in university are curious about something new.Therefore,Smartphone become more and more popular with many powerful functions combining in such a small handheld device.First of all,the essay describes the appearance of Smartphone,the traits of the specific technology and how to use it.In addition,I defined the Smartphone addiction and how student behave by combining students’ opinions toward cell phone use.I analyze those data by qualitative and quantitative by using questionnaire surveys and interviewing to know general information of college students’ cell phone use in study,daily life,social life and health in our country nowadays.In specifically,they rely on their phone to research solution to deal with their academic questions.They use their Smartphone anytime.Also,they are addicted in chatting with people who they even know nothing about in virtual world,which have huge negative influences in their physical and mental health.Using cell phone in class is becoming very common phenomenon.There is no doubt that it cause classroom disruption that interfere with others’ learning.The essay analyzes the reasons why students are excessive attached to their phones in objective and subjective.On the one hand,college students are easy to be attracted to those affluent information.They lack of self-control for their behaviors.In order to reduce their stress,they even don’t realize them abusing their cell phone.On the other hand,cell phone is a symbol of the information era.So many applications appeal to students.School and family don’t give enough education about phone addiction,which result in worse than before.In order to solve students relying in phone,the essay gives the conceded methods in education,managing.First,school should educate their students to use phone in reasonable way,and let them know relying phone is very terrible.Universities should hold more and more activities to improve communication with the world.Teachers should instruct their students to use phone in scientifically way.Parents should communicate with their children.It is necessary to manage students using phone in class.Therefore,universities need to make very useful rules to build up a good manner without using phone in class.Meanwhile,Teachers have to emphasize the class policies.Last but not least,everyone should preserve the building of information from cell phone,should supervise the information spreading in phones.We should avoid the unhealthy information infect universities’ students.
