Education,as a result of the development of a certain social form,is closely related to the level of development of education and the level of economic development.The spread of English culture is the inevitable form of the development of the globalization.Culture education will certainly promote the spread of culture.In the process of cultural communication,we must pay attention to grasp a degree,neither rigid blind xenophobia,it can not last for worship of foreign culture.The aim is to cultivate students to form a healthy outlook on life and values through cultural education.From the latest curriculum reform process,we are not difficult to find that the subject of curriculum reform is still closely followed by the theme of the times.The key is to cultivate the humanistic spirit quality of the contemporary students.At this stage,the content of the care of people in our textbooks is not rich enough,and the space is small.Secondly,for the cultivation of students' individual spirit completely inadequate,not good to teach students how to guarantee the development of individual rights and interests of their own rights,practice outside the classroom under the school to cultivate students' rights of self value is less.This issue is worthy of our attention to the preparation of teaching materials experts team.The level of education reflects the level of social development.Education,in addition to the educational function and very important point is the cultural dissemination function,teachers in the process of education charged with very important guiding function,although at this stage we strongly advocate the dominant position of the students,but the teacher in the education process occupies a very important role.Teachers' professional quality level and the quality of personal charm will have a very important influence on students' learning.Teachers' Ideological and cultural quality level will influence students'Ideological and cultural level.In this paper,combined with the current situation of junior high school English education,this article from the following four aspects.First,the English culture of respect,equality,freedom of the spirit of humane care deeply discussed.Second,to explore the cultural value resources of junior high school English textbooks and related extra-curricular books,to analyze the cultural value orientation of junior high school English curriculum.Third,in junior high school English education in the use of comparative education,experiential education,expand the educational method to achieve cultural value.Fourth,the existing English teaching materials and English teaching should pay attention to the issues discussed,and put forward the English education in junior high school should pay attention to the cultural value of English point of view,put forward the limitations of this paper.
