Design And Implementation Of Data Mining System For The Analysis Of Student Achievement

With the development of information technology,the application of education information technology in primary and secondary schools is also gradually deepening.In this context,the University School through the introduction of educational management system,student work management system,collaborative office system to improve the management level of the school.With the operation of the system,resulting in a lot of business data,for example,the educational administration management system management system is the actual use has accumulated a large number of student score data in the process of,these results data is reflection of students' learning effect,is also a teacher teaching ability test,how to through the score data mining results behind the potential relations and laws,in order to provide valuable suggestions for school education and teaching and students' individual development is the starting point of this paper.In the course of the review of the current theoretical research,this paper finds that the existing research has not done the comprehensive analysis,mining and comprehensive management of the students' performance,and the effective utilization of the students' score.Therefore,for the analysis of student score data mining system is an integration of statistics,data mining methods to achieve performance data of quantitative indicators and comprehensive management,through the statistical indicators clearly show student score of the overall level and individual differences,using association rules and decision tree mining of performance data,and found that the results behind the potential rules and relationship.System in implementation by Java EE specification,the development of system is realized by the open source struts,spring and Hibernate development framework,the use of open source Weka as data mining engine,build a solution based on MVC.Of course,the focus of this paper is not on the specific implementation of these technologies,but focus on the association rules and decision trees in the analysis and design of student score.System development is completed,before the formal deployment of the operation,the need for functional and performance testing,test results show that,student score data mining system can realize fine management of teaching quality,through the realization of the various indicators of overall performance of multi dimension display,through association rules and decision tree mining analysis of individual student's learning level,the influence factors of poor learning etc.,truly score data of comprehensive utilization and effective management.
