Design And Implementation Of Analysis System Of Compulsory Education Performance Evaluation Based On Data Mining

Since the introduction of compulsory education pay-for-performance system in China in early 2009,performance appraisal,as the assessment system improve the teaching quality,existing appraisal index coverage not every edge,primary and secondary status is not clear,errors in the assessment process and other issues.At present,data mining could found huge wealth from human activities data,not only in academic field launched a comprehensive study,but also have awareness apply on the Internet,management,finance,geography and industry.Decision tree algorithm has become the best algorithms,become its classification accuracy,simple model.Therefore decision trees algorithm is applied to the design of compulsory education performance indicators is both reasonable and significant.First,this paper introduces the classification algorithm in data mining,a detailed description of the common problems and Countermeasures in the decision tree classification algorithm and classification algorithm;it introduces the compulsory education performance evaluation,analysis,practice teaching behavior.Through the discussion of the performance evaluation of the existing problems in the performance evaluation results,it build up an analysis system of compulsory education performance evaluation based on data mining for schools and teachers' performance appraisal results,and detailed analysis of the implementation process of the system,including the end user,data preparation,data mining and evaluation;Secondly,this paper designs the overall structure and the data warehouse of the performance appraisal system of the compulsory education.The overall structure of the the system include three layer architecture that is the underlying database,the middle layer and the upper application server client.The design of data warehouse include the overall structure,conceptual model,logical model and physical model in four aspects,and to teachers' teaching behaviors were analyzed;Finally,the development of compulsory education performance evaluation analysis system,using SQL Server 2012 to establish the model of data mining based on C4.5 decision tree classification algorithm for mining algorithm to Yuhua District Chang Sha 2013-2015 year compulsory education performance evaluation data as the data source,to teachers' teaching behavior as an example of the performance appraisal system analysis,data mining and mining results.Compulsory education performance evaluation system analysis to dig out the content of teachers' teaching behavior habits and the implementation of the school management system of performance appraisal from the massive data,ordinary teachers can be used to view the teaching preparation,student satisfaction and adjust teaching behavior;school administrators for teacher performance pay,annual assessment of post;Bureau of education management can be used to adjust the existing assessment program,to provide decision support for performance appraisal.As part of the performance appraisal system,the analysis system can improve the performance appraisal system of compulsory education and promote the system,science and standardization of performance appraisal.
