Since the reform and opening up,China's economic and social development has further expanded the demand for talent,and higher education as an important way to train talent is also a large-scale reform.Although the reform of the education system has enabled more students to receive higher education,the fee system has exacerbated the problem of poor students' admission to a certain extent.As a tool for equitable distribution of educational resources and equal opportunity,financial loans were officially opened in1999 and gradually expanded.At present,despite the significant achievements of student loans,however,there are still 20% of students due to poor coordination of student loans,the main body was shut out.The sustainable development of student loans needs to be based on the optimization of the behavior of the main body,through strengthening the interaction and cooperation of the actors to achieve the smooth operation of the entire loan system.Therefore,this paper takes the main behavior of the student loan as the starting point and optimizes the behavior through the game between the subjects,so as to realize the sustainable development of the loan system.First of all,on the basis of summarizing and summarizing relevant theories of economics and the existing domestic and foreign research literatures,this paper examines the background,characteristics and course of the development of student loans in China,and finds that the key to sustainable development of student loans is behavior And then analyzes the behavior and the interaction between the four behavioral subjects,schools,banks,government and students,and expounds the problems faced by the four subjects and the relationship between them.Predicament.Then,according to the data of field interviews and questionnaire survey,the views and opinions about the problems of student loans in Qingdao universities were analyzed and described statistically.Then,factor analysis is used to study the factors that affect the development of student loan,and the game model is constructed and the significant factors are included.The main game of the loan and repayment process is bank-student behavior And to find out the optimal balance of interests between the two parties.At last,the paper summarizes the whole text analysis,and on the basis of this,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to achieve the optimal choice behavior of the subject and the policy revelation.The empirical analysis shows that the economic factor,family factor,management and recovery system factor,repayment system factor and personal credit level factor affect the development of student loan.Further analysis of the game found that: in the application stage of the audit,the family of economic factors is the most important,the cost of bank audits,college punishment for students and students to increase credit and interest rates will reduce the authenticity of the application;repayment phase,Lower bank interest rates,increased credit penalties and increased personal income and integrity of students after graduation on time for students to repay.Therefore,to optimize the behavior of the subject,the government should play a leading role in the promotion of employment,the construction of personal credit files and the identification of impoverished students.Banks should lower interest rates,extend repayment terms and innovate repayment methods,and establish penalties for breach of contract.Colleges and Universities Should Guide Students 'Employment and Strengthen Students' Honesty Education.Students to improve the sense of personal integrity,repayment awareness,enhance repayment ability.
