The Study Of Talent Cultivation Mode Of School-Enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher Vocational Education(HVE),as a vital part of Chinese higher education,is aiming at training senior technical talents for the first line of production,construction,management and service.Since China's reform and opening,HVE has made a lot of progress,but there are still many problems existing in its theory and practice,especially the uncertain talent cultivation mode,which need to be settled.At the beginning of this paper,the purpose and the meaning of this study are illustrated;the research approach and method are discussed.Subsequently,it introduces the successful foreign talents cultivation modes,analyzes the concrete operation mode of these models,which provided the basis for recommended measures of this article.The case study of Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology(WCS)shows the problems and reasons existing in the field of school-enterprise cooperation nowadays in this school.Moreover,analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the school by using the method of SWOT analysis.On the basis of the case analysis,proposing the design principles and construction scheme for talent cultivation mode of school-enterprise cooperation according to the existing problems in WCS.Finally,introducing corresponding safeguards aims at the implementation of talent cultivation mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.In this paper,it is found that WCS has the following problems during the cooperation of schools and enterprises : the foundation of School-enterprise cooperation is not solid enough,the motive of School-enterprise cooperation is not clear enough,the impetus of School-enterprise cooperation is insufficient and the government's incentive of School-enterprise cooperation is not sufficient.To solve these problems,the author puts forward some policy suggestions from the aspects of the government,the school and the enterprises,which have some enlightening effects on promoting the development of School-enterprise cooperation in our country.Meanwhile,Order-oriented and Work-study alternation modes are recommended as effective modes of talent cultivation mode of School-enterprise cooperation to WCS.
