Development of the company is inseparable from the majority of employee of dedication.The staff is the main force of the development of the company,and mainstay of our happy family.They shuttle between home and company,worrying about the company's performance and family affairs.But they ignore their own bear ability.due to the working pressure,interpersonal tensions,incomprehension within the family,and lacking of regulating mechanism,they are in low spirits,indifference to the person,low on job evaluation,which is the phenomenon of job burnout feeling.It affects the staffs physical and mental health and work efficiency.How to guide them to focus on their own problems,how to help them relieve job burnout effectively,to improve the staff's happiness,would be good cooperation points between enterprise and social work.The whole paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the basis of the occupational burnout,the important significance of the prevention of enterprise employees' occupational burnout and the domestic and foreign research review.The second part is the research design,which is mainly related to the concepts,theoretical basis,research methods and contents of the occupational burnout and happiness.The third part is based on the performance of occupational burnout of enterprise employees and the specific reasons of employee burnout,which is from the staff the individual characteristics?occupational-stress and social support.It discusses the consequence of occupational burnout.The fourth part is about the enterprise employees' job burnout of intervention of social work practice,using the method of case study and group social work professional,it improves the staff's self-talk and behavior change respectively from the staff's cognition and environment aspects,and then reduces employees'job burnout.Last part is the conclusion that social work is an effective method of intervention in employees' job burnout,after social work intervention in the employee's job burnout,the staff began to understand their own shortcomings and effectively adjust their attitude toward themselves,they improve the relationship with his family and workmate by changing their mode of communication.they release working pressure by joining in interest groups.which make employees' physical and social function restore;Finally,the author put forward the deficiency of this study.
