The Research Of Nanjing Youth Olympic Games's Effects On The Luhe District Comprehensive Competitiveness

The "12th Five Year Plan" period is the key for Nanjing Luhe area for five years to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness,accelerate the balancing development of urban and rural areas,deepen the cross river development,formate transportation hub and implement Nanjing new function.Luhe seize the great historical opportunity of the Youth Olympic Games,succeed settling sailing events in Taurus lake,and take the opportunity to change the mode of development,improve the city service system,adhere to the interaction between industrialization and urbanization and modernization drive,to achieve a new leap in urban and rural areas of Luhe.However,in recent years,with the success helding of the Beijing Olympic Games,the Asian Games in Guangzhou and a number of the world's top sports events in China,at all levels of government held the power of the country,the province's power to host the event at the same time,this brings the host city construction,controlling,financial pressure and a series of problems,this model and method has also been questioned by scholars and people.Especially for the Luhe area in the remote areas such as the host city to host the event,in the end if this is the relay move into the fast lane or forced to "bluffing",also need to further scientific analysis.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis of the Youth Olympic Games effect on the comprehensive competitiveness of Luhe area,has the important theory significance and the practical significance.In this paper,by visiting the Luhe area residents,government workers and staff of the Youth Olympic Games venues,by using the methods of questionnaire,interview,collect the relevant data.On the analysis of the data shows that Youth Olympic Games in the science formulation of city planning,raise awareness,strengthen infrastructure construction,improve the rural environment,and promote industrial upgrading,improve residents' life happiness strongly improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Luhe district.But by and large domestic and international sports events comparative analysis,found in the traditional culture to promote cultural propaganda,sailing and Youth Olympic Games heritage use effect is not obvious.Finally,in this paper,the Youth Olympic Games period after how with youth Olympic heritage pushed Luhe district proposes countermeasures and Suggestions to further improve comprehensive competitiveness.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction.The main purpose of this article selected topic background,research purpose and research significance,the main research contents and plans to adopt the research method of this research domestic and foreign research present situation and the existing literature,this study possible innovation and the deficiency existing in the content such as process were expounded.The second chapter for the Youth Olympic Games with the concept of urban comprehensive competitiveness and related theory.The third chapter studies the impact of the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games on the comprehensive competitiveness of Luhe district through the analysis of data collation and analysis.According to the research,the Youth Olympic Games in strategic planning,enhance awareness,strengthen infrastructure construction,environmental governance,promote industrial structure upgrading,promoting the construction of service type government effectively enhance the urban competitiveness of Luhe District.In addition,the research believes that the Youth Olympic Games in the upgrading of the comprehensive competitiveness of Luhe area still exist many deficiencies.In the fourth chapter,the experience of the promotion of the comprehensive competitiveness of the city by the large sports events at home and abroad is summarized.The fifth chapter on the basis of the experience at home and abroad for reference,research conclusion and Suggestions are put forward.
